offers an online alternative for people who don’t want to attend weekly meetings. Online members have access to the 2 main diet plans (Core Plan and Points Plan), a Points Calculator, a Weight Tracker, progress charts, recipes, workout videos, weekly emails and message boards.
Of the two plan options, the original called the Points Tracker, allows you to eat just about anything you want as long as you stay within your allotted points for that day. The Core Plan is a traditional diet program that encourages you to eat healthy food without counting points.
“Weight Watchers On–the–Go” is a program that can be downloaded to a cellphone or It allows you to track your points and look up restaurant guides without being at a pc.
Payment is monthly not one-off.

Well planned and well supported diet program but overpriced.
Online feedback has been generally very positive with plenty of examples of good results. The strongest aspects of Weight Watchers online are the message boards, which allow you to swap recipes and get to know other dieters in your area. The price seems to be the main drawback for some.
This is a thorough and well supported diet program by an industry leader. However the monthly payments make this an expensive option.
