Launched in 2004, Turbulence Training is a system that claims to show readers how to lose fat and put on muscle at the same time. The author, Craig Ballantyne, is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, consultant to Men's Fitness magazine and has published numerous articles in other respected fitness publications.
