Impartial Eating For Energy reviews by users were very positive. Most commented on the amount of detailed info given in the book. Almost all said they felt far healthier after starting the diet. Some did say that they found the program rather strict however you don't need to be 100% vegetarian. In the recipe sections a few more photographs would be helpful.
