Eat Stop Eat Expanded Edition

  is a newly updated version of the popular guide by Brad Pilon, a dietician with a masters degree in nutrition. The new version is double the length of the original Eat Stop Eat guide and contains new chapters on hunger, resistance training and weight training.

The diet program takes a different approach to weight loss, advocating two twenty-four hour periods of “fasting” each week, combined with an exercise program.
The 140-page Eat Stop Eat manual explains how intermittent fasting for the short term can have positive dieting effects on fat loss. It gives detailed information about common misconceptions about "starvation mode", how to increase body fat burning potential, how the body's blood sugar is affected by fasting, a variety of exercises, and fasting details and instructions.
