Diet Web Report is an independent review of all the leading online diet programs. Our goal is to show what each diet offers, the package details and user feedback. With an aim to being as objective as possible and any recommendation or verdict is based purely on fact and user feedback.

Online weight loss programs come in a variety of forms. The most common is the PDF ebook which is downloadable and can be easily printed. Membership sites give you access to online diet programs, information and support (email, forums, etc) in return for a one-off payment or monthly fee. Some packages offer a combination of ebook and website access or provide software such a diet generator to create diet plans. The type of package is shown in the summary and report.
